AIR RIDE INSTALLATION GUIDE

When installing your air ride kit, make sure you have the top 2 mounting brackets already attached to the air shock before sliding it up into position in the frame. If you attach the top brackets to the frame first, you won’t be able to slide the bolt through the bracket and air shock as there is limited space between the frame.

Once you have the top brackets installed to the frame, you can then install the bottom brackets to the swing arm and then adjust the swing arm up or down to assist with the height and getting the bolt through the bracket and the air shock.

Once your air ride kit is installed, I suggest that you air it up to its maximum stiffness and then let it sit there for a few hours to see if it has any slow air leaks. Make sure you park it up against a wall with the exhaust side being closest to the wall because if the bike does have a slow leak, once it starts to air out it’s going to fall to the right due to the stand being down.

I recommend using a thread sealer for all fittings to ensure you have no air leaks.
